中文版Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表的最小临床意义变化值的研究

摘要(Abstract):
目的建立中文版Fugl-Meyer(FM)运动功能评定量表(上肢部分、下肢部分和总分)用于脑卒中患者运动功能评定的最小临床意义变化值(MCID)。方法同时使用校标法和分布法来确定中文版FM运动功能评定量表的MCID。结果中文版FM运动功能评定量表(上肢部分、下肢部分、总分)的组内重测信度分别为0.997、0.989和0.997,组间重测信度分别为0.993、0.952和0.990,MCID分别为4.58、3.31和6.0。结论通过本研究获得了中文版FM运动功能评定量表的MCID,有助于临床和科研工作人员识别中文版FM运动功能评定量表用于脑卒中患者运动功能疗效评定的变化值的真实性,能够确定是否符合临床意义的变化。
