强直性脊柱炎流行病学研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

强直性脊柱炎(AS)是一种慢性炎症性自身免疫性疾病,主要侵犯骶髂关节、中轴骨骼,并可累及外周关节、肌腱韧带附着点及其他组织。目前AS的病因及发病机制尚不明确。流行病学研究能够帮助人们认识疾病的发展规律、探索病因、预防疾病。现从患病率与发病率、性别分布、年龄分布、易感因素、流行病学挑战等方面对AS的流行病学研究进展进行综述,为AS的相关研究提供更为全面的信息。
