比较腹腔镜胆道探查术与传统手术对胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的疗效。结果显示腹腔镜组住院费用与开腹组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),腹腔镜组切口大小、术后通气时间、术后并发症发生率、术后住院时间、住院总时间明显低于开腹组(P<0.05)。表明腹腔镜胆总管切开取石术安全可靠、手术创伤小、疗效确切。
Abstract：To compare the therapeutic effect of gallbladder combined with bile duct stones between laparoscopic bile duct exploration and traditional surgery.The results showed that the costs between the laparoscopic group and laparotomy group of hospitalization was no significant differences(P > 0.05).That the size of the incision,the postoperative ventilation time,incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative hospital stay,total hospitalization time were significantly lower than those in laparotomy group(P < 0.05).These show that laparoscopic common bile duct stone is a safe and reliable technique,surgical trauma is minor and the therapy efficacy is exact.
