目的 研究银杏叶总黄酮(TFG)的抗炎作用及其可能的机制。方法 通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀和蛋清致大鼠足爪肿胀模型观察TFG的抗炎作用,并测定大鼠血清和足爪组织中一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)的含量。结果 100 mg/kg TFG能抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳片肿胀;50、100 mg/kg TFG可抑制蛋清致大鼠足爪的肿胀;在蛋清诱导大鼠脚爪肿胀模型中,TFG使血清和脚爪组织中MDA量减少,同时脚爪组织中NO和PGE2含量也下降。结论 TFG有一定的抗炎作用,其抗炎作用与抑制PGE2和NO合成及脂质过氧化有关。
Abstract:Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effec ts of total flavone of ginkgo biloba (TFG) and its mechanism. Methods The inflammatory models in rats were induced by dimethylbenzene and egg white respectively. The contents of NO, MDA and PGE2 in the rat's serum and paw were measured. Results TFG remarkably i nhibited the ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene in mice and the paw swell indu ced by egg white in rats at the dose of 100 mg/kg. And at the dose of 50 mg/kg, TFG was also effective in latter model. In the egg white-induced model TFG decrea sed the content of MDA in the rat's serum and paw, NO and PGE2 in the rat's pa w. Conclusion TFG has an anti-inflammatory effect which may be r elated to inhibiting the production of PGE2 and NO, and protecting free radica l against oxidation.
