炎症反应在重性抑郁障碍发生发展中的作用和机制

摘要:

重性抑郁障碍(MDD)是一种常见的严重的神经精神障碍。越来越多的数据表明,炎症在精神疾病发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,且炎症过程与MDD的病理生理密切相关。现有研究证明,MDD患者存在先天性和后天性免疫失调,对患者健康产生不良影响。本篇综述旨在总结近期文献中有关炎症反应在MDD发生发展中的作用及相关机制,为MDD的治疗提供基础与临床研究的新思路。
